Hi, happy Southern Storm Season!
Managed to grab some OIII data for this target last week, so I combined it with the LRGB and HA/SII data previously obtained (previous NB
version published here.
Only 2hrs 24 mins of data, as this was a first test of the camera, just trying different settings and getting used to the whole setup.
20 OIII 3nm subs of 90 seconds @ gain 200, tried using this more sensitive level to reduce sub lengths to image inbetween fleeting clouds!
13 Ha 3nm subs of 5 minutes each;and
10 SII 3nm subs of 5 mins each, taken with my new ZWO ASI1600 mono-cooled CMOS camera, using the Takahashi E-130D Astrograph and Software Bisque MyT mount.
Used some LRGB stars, imaging lengths and numbers far too low to bother mentioning.
All processed and combined in PI, Startools, Photoshop and Lightroom. As ever this is my interpretation, on another day it might be different. Only early days in this NB lark.
