Terrific pictures Paul. Especially like the second Mercury shot. Little mercury is so crisp. Seeing shots like these definitely gives me something to aspire to!!

Wow - who's been a busy bee! A wonderful portfolio there Paul. Their scale and quality are fantastic for the 80mm - well done!

Cheers

Dennis

PS – Hope your back is getting better.

Thanks guys. That little ED80 continues to surprise me. You can really push it if you need to. The last shot from memory was projected to around 2.5 - 3 meter FL. Not bad for 600mm native FL

You got it h0ughy

Unfortunately the back isn't getting better. It is an absolutely beautiful night here tonight and I am stuck inside. It's terribel Muriel

Wow Paul, superb work indeed and I love your presentation work too.
Well done.

Sorry to hear about your back, maybe try some ice (on and off 3-5 min intervals) to help the swelling.

Fantastic images Paul both of the transit and sunspot 923. You have captured some real beauties there.
I know what it's like with a sore back. I get disc bulges every now and then and they really stop you in your tracks. for me swimming and acupuncture do the trick and reduces the frequency of them as well.

cheers

Thanks Ron

Back permitting, I'll be there Ron. I don't think I'll be bringing any gear though, it'll be a social night only.
