Little Grebe

Unfortunately the Osprey perch had blown down in the bad weather so I went around to the lagoon at Pottsville and managed this .7Dmkii 500mm+1.4 ext.I must admit its a challenge to get focus in low light with these fast moving birds.

Osprey perch down, bugga !
Good duck catch at that F/length, the 1.4 would slow the lens further aswell, low light, you have done mighty well Derek !!

Cheers Bob definitely a shame about the perch went back this morning but couldn't see the bird just the nesting pair.They have finally started work on the campground on the Pottsville creek.
