Supernova Hunter.

Last night a break in the clouds saw me head off to the dark sky site with Barry. I took this using a D800 with a 14-24 at 14mm wide open at 2.8. Exposure is 30 sec at 6400 ISO. Here I was doing a visual check on M83 using Gregg Thompson's supernova search charts.
Although Barry thought I was falling asleep at the eyepiece and came over to make sure I wasn't going to fall off the ladder.
