Eastern Veil

Hi again all and another Coona shot.

This object is very low for us down under but I wanted to shoot It anyway because I've never done It before and these super nova remnents are a great target!

Again the ZS66SD/.8 reducer was used and the SXV-H9C on the G11 mount guided by the ZS110.

I used AA3 to capture align, combine and CS2 for post processing,no darks or flats were used.

Oh yes I almost forgot,the exposure were 10 minutes x 12

done, here is the link to Qld astrofest web site http://www.qldastrofest.org.au/ and next year it is on from the 6th to the 12th august 2007. You get to meet queenslanders with 2 heads like Paul and Andrew....................

you would only be one of many with the G11 up there, they seem to grow each year in number

Louie,

You captured a magnificent cosmic oil spill on a turbulent ocean.

I completely forgot you grabbed two hours of data on that one.

Well done.

Humayun
