Losmandy DSC & encoders

Hi folks,

Selling my Losmandy DSC unit. Comes with two pair of encoders and connecting wires & instructions. One encoder pair is 10,000 step, the other 2160 set. Both pairs have 1/4" shafts. There are a couple of mounting brackets, but whether these suit your needs is up to you.

Asking $260 including postage - SOLD

Thanks for looking,

Alex.

Hi all,

A couple of people have asked me about the mounting hardware.

The hardware is for dobs. One alt tangent arm will suit an alt bearing radius of upto 28cm, the other a radius of up to 14cm.

Making your own dob mounting hardware is not difficult if the existing hardware does not suit. Mounting hardware for many different types of GEMs should be readily available, or you can make your own too if you are so inclined. The instructions for the DSC includes some mounting information.

Thanks for looking,

Alex.
