D3300 firmware update

Hi folks

I know there are a few out there who, like me, recently got a Nikon D3300. I used mine for the first time the other night with a 200mm zoom lens and was extremely annoyed by the info screen coming on constantly, despite having changed the settings to turn it off.

Found out it's a problem with the original firmware. Any lens over 55mm will make it behave this way. The new, updated firmware apparently fixes this.

Download here:

Cheers all!

Well Chris, at least you can fix it; for years Nikons had a problem called
star eating, which owners had to live with.
