Noosa Gardens

Here's a few photos from Noosa Gardens. Taken a couple of weeks ago while on hols. All photos taken handheld with the Oly C5060WZ. Some have had some Shadows/Highlights adjustment in PS CS2 (very sunny day!) otherwise as taken apart from resizing and saving for the web (...and matts!)

Not my usual targets, but one shoots what one can when on safari!

Al.

Great shots Al.

I especially like the first one, awesome perspective with the background like that.
As are the ones with the water droplets just hanging off the plants.

Cool shots.

Excellent shots Al, I love the first 2 and the last the best, but also like the others.

Good crisp focus and great DOF on all of them!

Well done.

It's a shame I didn't know you were coming up Al, we coulda seen some of the night sights together

The gardens at Lake MacDonald have really come together over the past couple of years.

G'Day Paul,

I did think about making contact before I went up, but it was a busy holiday doing all sorts of astronomicus interruptus activities like 50th wedding anniversaries (not mine! ), visiting relos, meeting some of Lyn's mates from way back, etc. I took my 20x80s and PST with me and I think I got them out once each, between social events and the weather! Most of my time was in Brisbane with Lyn's family and just a couple of days visiting my brother at Cooran.

The gardens are well set up and looks like there's a lot more on the way by the work in progress there.

Al.
