Pointing out the obvious - Useless without the ground station and control systems, and there is a limited useful life unless you have an old Shuttle and a Saturn V lying around.

No returns allowed. Too risky.

No mention by the vendor that the primary is all messed up, if it wasn't for Story Musgrave, Jeff Hoffman and Kathy Thornton it would have been just another satellite prowling around the Earth till it burned up.

Speaking of it burning up.....

I am guessing they wont want it to come down on a populated area.... so if they are getting rid of it, will organise for it's re-entry at a particular point to minimise potential damage to humans and property.

But... if you are seeking delivery of this second hand scope.... give them YOUR co-ordinates... they may be able to arrange something....

No mount included. This might be a problem

That information is classified - the Hubble is basically a K2 spy satellite, pointed up instead of down... BTW its not really a cassegrain. An article in the 1990's appeared in Applied Optics or the Journal of the Optical Society of America which describes the optical layout more completely.

From memory it isn't amenable to having an eyepiece shoved up its rear end.

You'll also need a ground station and the computer system to go with it

@Wavytone I thought it was a Ritchey–Chrétien, which is a Cassegrain. It's not a Schmidt Cassegrain (SCT): maybe that's what you were thinking of?
