How would the optics in this work with a Meade 8" ACF?

Hi David, I really can't say. From my understanding, the ACF is corrected for coma and the Edge is corrected for coma and field curvature. Celestron took quite some time to design the reducer for their edge series owing to technical difficulties so it seems that it is very specific to the optics.

I can always send you the reducer if you pay postage costs to try it out. Cheers.
