Reprocessed M17

Hi folks,

I've revisited this data from last year and reprocessed it all over again from the beginning.
Was looking for a nicer balance between punchy colour but trying not to loose that original Ha depth.
Probably still a little soft, but that may be a compromise I'll have to accept

High Res Here - http://www.astrobin.com/full/204450/D/

Cheers

Andy

mmm, interesting colour pallet, quite different, good, I like it, not a lot of green, bucking a trend there.

Thanks Fred, yes I was happy to try for a different look - I'm not a real big fan of green colours in space either. Thanks for your feedback

M17 is one of those objects I have found difficult to colour nicely. That's quite an interesting palette, Andy.

Cheers,
Rick.

That is certainly an engaging object Andy and I agree that the colour palette work well. A different perspective that works.
