A new Prelim H a Eta Carinae

Hello once again folks.
On the quest for more targets, this was taken above my roof line with my daughter's bedroom light still on. Ha rocks!!
38 x 100 secs- I found 300secs looked over done on the lap pie. I could be wrong.
Baader 7nm ha filter and Microline 8300.
Tak FSQ 85
Maxim Dl acquisition and guiding, Star tools very basic processing (my only kind!!)
Thanks for all the kindness, advice and second hand equipment on ISS.
NMD -needs more data etc

Oh how I wish I had that kind of FOV!
As for the exposure times, if you want to go deep with Ha and a KAF-8300 sensor you'll probably have to push it out to 30 min exposures, read noise isn't your friend with narrowband :/

Hey Col, thanks for comment. I was noticing a bad picture at 300sec. Blown out in the bright areas. You think that's just a facet of the programme (maxim)?
I could have gone ten mins guided here but those white bits on a narrow band pic scare you off !

The screen stretch in Maxim can be very misleading, I have had it look very blown out with ADU counts of ~3000 simply because there was high contrast which Maxim doesn't display very well. Best to always check ADU counts or do a Digitial Development without running any filters and it will give you a better idea.
