The Seagull Nebula in Ha

Also a work in progress this is the Ha component.

CDK17 and reducer, Proline 16803 from my home observatory 3 hours 40 minutes.

5nm Astrodon Ha filter.

The image looks great already, I praticularly liked "inspecting" the full resolution version

I am going to look forward to your results. Nice to see the proline in action with the CDK. Stars look better to me.

I'd really like to do NB but the filters are on the other scope (first world problems!). So probably HaLRGB.

Thanks Paul. I did spend some time improving collimation. I think its still a tad off or there is some slight tilt.

Nice area there Greg, 16803 certainly is a monster of a sensor! So many gems in the LMC.

It sure is and it makes framing something a lot easier. I have noticed in the last year the number of images of these relatively rarely imaged LMC nebs has really risen. They were quite rare a few years back.
