Horsehead nebula last night through SW ED65

Took this picture while it was cooling in the Hunter valley, 20x 240sec subs ,Darks/biases/flats. Quite pleased with the result considerig the small aperture. hope you like regards philip.

That's a great result Phil.

I've tried but have had no luck with the horsehead.

I took a few shots last night but couldn't stay awake. I'll try again soon. It's at the top of my to-do list.

You should get a really nice FOV with the 65ED, I tried two nights ago with mine and it doesn't quite fit!

Hi Colin,
I can just get the whole of the rosette in my ED120 with an Orion x0.8 focal reducer, but hope to get a really nice field of view with the ED65.
