48 mins of the hunters sword

It always seems a shame to pick the same target but when the sky is not compliant it becomes something of a fallback.
I does mean however that I can accumulate a few more photons to play with.
Added a few more last night - it's removed a fair bit of noise, but the sky is not what I'd call nice.
The new ED100 is a joy to use and I took the opportunity last night to update PHD2. So the guiding seems quite acceptable - total movement came in at .25" which means I get a lot more tiny stars showing - when I get to a place where the sky is actually calm and not full of fuzz, I expect to get some really pretty galaxies

That's looking very sharp. Your guiding, tracking, and focus look good.

At your focal length and FOV, I'd not be put off by bad seeing (as in jumpy stars short of an actual thunderstorm) - it will barely affect your image. (More of an issue is clouds wrecking the guiding or moon and haze milking out the image).

Looking quite deep too - you've picked up all the important wisps and swirls. The processing of the Running Man is good.

I'd definitely add another hour or two of data if you could get out there. It will be a brilliant photo.

Best,
Mike and Trish
