Pride & Prejudice.....With Astronomers!

Forget about Pride and Prejudice with Zombies, or Sense and Sensibility With Sea Monsters. Now the horror of Pride and Prejudice With Astronomers is here!

Richard.

Love it! As a JA fan and also an avid reader of JA fan fiction, it fits the bill perfectly.

I was excessively diverted.
It puts me in mind of the Dobsonian in the great observatory at Rosings. A most prodigiously proportioned Newtonian.
The glazing alone cost in excess of 600 pounds

I may have been impressed, had you written in a more astronomer like manner.
Your observing is nice but not handsome enough to tempt me.

You have observed quite enough, madam. I perfectly comprehend your methodology, and have now only to be ashamed of what my own results have been.

I am aligned with your appreciation.
I am excessively grateful for the expectation that comes with such a fervent hope for future raptures.

I find myself diverted once again by the computations and observations of the characters.
I flatter myself that I recognise every subtle allusion to the original prose and can only hope that the continuation of this wonderful reconstitution is not long delayed.
I look forward my dear sir, to the introduction of the inimitable George Wickham and his panegyric prattle.
I'm sure he will out astronomer us all.

The person, be it gentleman or lady, who has not pleasure in a good [novel] telescope, must be intolerably stupid.
