NGC6888 and Soap Bubble Nebula

An HRGB image of the area around NGC6888:
http://www.starkeeper.it/NGC6888Soap.htm

Nothing special but the weather here doesn't help. Just interesting the Soap Bubble Nebula discovered by an american AP some years ago

One image in 3 months ... just few hours.

I hope you like it and all the best,
Leo

PS i meet Maurice (user of this forum) in Turin ... great things IceInSpace !!!

Lovely to see in true colour, Leo! There are too many narrowband versions (my own included!) Detail and colours are all fantastic.

Cheers,
Rick.

Yes, only getting one image in three months can make an astroimager a bit edgy...and hard to live with! .....

Hmm?.."just a few hours"..? There are 11.5 of them in there, which is nothing to sneeze at Leo!

Your trademark lovely strong colours and an interesting field of Ha = nice 3 months of work!

Mike

Beautiful image of the entire complex around the Crescent and especially the bubble coming out very well, although weak,

Hi Leo,
That's a top photo - it should be an APOD.
Why is this your last post?

Beautiful Leo!! Love the contrast and saturation, now if could also add some OIII to it to show the external halo...
Agree, one of the best rendition of this area I have seen so far..
Ciao
