Celestron EdgeHD 8" Finder scope camera

Hi everyone,
I had clear skies last night so fitted the dew shield and set up the equipment for a nights viewing and playing around learning the equipment. My yard is surrounded by trees so it made aligning a problem. I had multiple attempts at a two star align with two or three calibration stars, but not being able to center the stars in the finder/ OTA, led to inaccuracies. I'm using Stellarium for slewing to the targets. By 4:30 am or there abouts, I was able to get a good alignment using the stars of the southern cross and a couple of other bright stars that had come out from behind the trees. Accuracy was bang on until the sun came up. After holding some contorted positions through the night with the star finder, I am wondering if there is possibility of using a hd webcam on the finder that I can watch from the laptop? I don't want it for tracking per se, just as a visual aid. I have seen the Orion star tracker fitted after removing the thin barrel at the rear of the finder scope. I was hoping for a small camera I can simply slip over. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Clear skies
