Yes - looking a lot better now that DSS has aligned it.
If you have dithered your exposures it would help to get rid of the lines.
(I always dither in PHD2 guiding using "manual guide" to get rid of any bad pixels. )
But as you say if - they should appear on flats & darks too so DSS will get rid of them.
Al I always dither, and sometimes I move the camera in between frames as well! (I'm here all week. Try the salmon mousse!)
Anyway, cloudy nights are good for reprocessing and calibration frames
