Great shots Peter.
Would be interesting to have a bit of info on gear used to take the pics too if possible? That first one is particularly striking when you swim around in it.

G'day Peter

Do these aircraft come in often?

I only just live down the road at Seaford. It would have been a great sight, kids would have loved it too (well maybe my youngest)!

Was this advertised as an event or rally? Or just pilots stopping through?

Great captures!

Cheers

Gav

I am in Seaford Rise - just round the corner! - Yes the Field Day was a special photo event advertised on Adelaide Biplanes Facebook page - they had models dressed in period costume and for a fee anyone could go onto the field to shoot to their hearts content. But you can go down there anytime to take photos from the cafe deck - weekends is usually always busy with different types of aircraft.
OR you can always get your lad a joy flight - they are Excellent! https://vimeo.com/138434581 - this was mine earlier this year.
Regards
Pete
