New journal about telescopes & instrumentation

The SPIE has just started to publish a new journal on telescopes and astronomical detectors and astronomical instrumentation and astronomical data analysis:

They have just published the first issue of this quarterly magazine.

At this point, access to this journal is free, and who can argue with that.
