Paramount MX+ has arrived

My MX+ has just been picked up from Peter's place (sorry about the traffic delays Peter) and it is now on the way to my observatory. i am heading down there tomorrow so i will get to open up all the boxes and admire it then. unfortunately i cant actually use it until the pier arrives, should be done in the next 2 weeks

i am excited to get my hands on it, luckily this wont even set foot into my house otherwise my wife might have the same reaction, she was very happy when all my gear moved out to my observatory.

Congrats Aidan.

Best to set it up and start the learning curve early before the scope arrives so its ready to go.

Plenty on this site are familiar with the setup to guide you through it.

Software Bisque manuals are well written and are easy to follow.

Greg.

Great stuff!
The PMX was the best purchase I have ever made in astronomy.
Just a wonderful mount.
Hope you have fun with yours.
Cheers

Always cool seeing a nice shiny red. Make sure you thoroughly test your PE on the mount. I had my worm replaced because it was so far out of spec.
