NOAA 18 satellite

Anyone know the repeat interval for the NOAA 18 satellite? I am having difficulty finding it. I know it is a non-linear orbit, but is there any guidelines for a repeat?

Appreciate a link if possible.

Hi Lewis,

Enter NOAA 18 in the search box at this link which is for your location -

Then select Visible Passes or All Passes depending on if you are observing it visually or receiving from it wirelessly.

Thanks Gary, but I still cannot figure out a repeat interval - the time it will pass the same point again. Most satellites in similar sun-sync orbits seem 16 days, but oddly, I cannot find this detail even on the NOAA data sheets.

I am too mathematically inept to figure it out using the given orbital data...

Hi Lewis,

This reference cites a repeat cycle of 11 days.
