Sequence Generator Pro Problems

Hi all,

I can't install SGP on my new ACER desktop running Windows 8 64 Bit.

I sent a screen shot of the error message to the SGP developer and his reply is attached with the error message.

As you can see, not very helpful at all. I have tried - again and again - to install newly downloaded files and also the Beta. No luck. Same message.

I worry that this is seen as a rare and difficult problem so it will be left alone by SGP. I hope not but their response, as I said, is disappointing to say the least.

Does anyone have any advice for this?

Richard.

I don't use this software, but, on the downloaded file, are you able to right-click and Run As Administrator?

Anyway it's working now!
