That 304mm Lunt solar scope would be awesome and considerably a large part of that cost. The 250mm Lunt scope is over 200K to buy and the images I have seen coming out of that size scope are simply amazing. The etalon alone would be 50-10k alone. The APM scope is also huge too.
I doubt the Tak scope would represent the same value Lewis and would not be comparable really. Maybe the FET300 would be comparable to the APM, but a complete solar and DSO system like these would probably be around that cost if you used the Lunt and Tak scopes. The mount must be enormous and I cannot imagine how big the how system is in a massive dome.
