Try this.
It worked on my 10 inch Skywatcher Dob and someone else said it fitted their 6" skywatcher DOB perfectly, so I think it is a good chance to be right for your 8" SW DOB. Take it to a print shop to print as is and get laminated.
For Alt I use a digital inclinometer with magnetic base (circa $25 ebay)
The setting circle was compliments of IIS member
