Happy with Andrews

After reading Sheeny's post about having problems, I thought it important to also give credit where credit is due.

I ordered an erect image finderscope from Andrews on Monday and couldn't believe it when the package was on my doorstep Tuesday arvo... cheers guys

But now I need to try it out... please... no rain... no rain... no rain...

i dont think you will find a company anywhere in the world that every customer has been 100% satisfied... it just doesnt happen. Andrews Com are a very good company tho. its too bad they arent more active within the wider astro community

I brought a eq mount from them and I forgot to take the tray for the tripod I called them to let them know and they said no problem we'll send it out for you now, came the next day I am very happy with them. things sometimes go wrong its just life, nobody is 100% perfect. But for me they come very close to it

I purchased my 10" dob from Andrews back in March .. ordered it by phone approx 11am one morning, it arrived on my doorstep here in Qld (not Brisbane area either) around 2pm the very next day, and that was with them having to ring back in the meantime because some idiot forgot to transfer enough money to his credit card for the purchase to go through.


I have since purchased from them on 2 other occasions, again very helpful, very good service, very fast delivery.

I have also purchased from Bintel on 2 separate occasions, again very good service and fast delivery on all items that were currently in stock.

Thumbs up to both these companies!
