Despite the crappy weather in Vic this weekend, lo and behold, tonight here in Colac it is clear. Having a great night nabbing some faint galaxies in Pavo.
Actually reasonably clear in Melbourne at the moment, has been for most of the evening in fact. Without my glasses on it looked like there was some high level cloud so terrible for imaging (if I can see it without my glasses it cannot be great!). Checking BOM, rain hitting us in the next 1.5 hours so we've got that to look forward to!
