Short extender for Megrez80

Between the focuser of the William Optics Megrez80 and my Audine CCD camera there is a William Optics extender tube with a male T-mount thread at one end (that screws into the front of the Audine) and the usual stepped arrangement at the other end that slides into the focuser and is held by the nifty WO clamp. This tube adds about two inches to the light path, and it is too much. What I need is an similarl extender which is two inches shorter. William Optics don't make one, but I saw, once, exactly what I wanted somewhere from Real Technology. I haven't been able to find it since. Does anyone know of it? I can't find it on the Real Technology site.

BinTel sell extenders 25mm 50mm and 75mm from memory, I needed the 75mm to get a Meade DSI to focus on my 80mm Megrez SD.

Thanks for your suggestion.
It turns out I was quite wrong and the correct position for the camera is much further from the focuser than I thought
.
