Synscan Upgrade Problem

Hi
I have upgraded my Synscan firmware several times without problems.
However, this time after following the procedures up to the point of running the Firmware Loader, double clicking on the Loader
program to run it results in the Loader flashing up a blank blue screen for about 2 seconds. I have tried this on three PCs together with using two different versions of the Loader program with the same result.
Any suggestions?

Downloaded another version of the Firmware Loader from a different site
and now works ok so problem solved.
