Einstein Ring Object?

This is probably a dumb question, but I can't find an answer anywhere. We probably photograph any number of objects that 'gravitational lense' around others nearer, but are there objects that exhibit the Einstein Ring effect that can be photographed by amateur equipment and are in our night sky?
