Jupiter 10th Sept.

Hi all.

Finally a clear night, with the seeing fluctuating from 4-5.5 or 6/10

No cool down for the SCT. Straight out of it's room & capturing within 10 mins.

The 1st & 2nd image was with my normal capture settings. The 3rd was with totally "different" settings

3 more to process.

C9.25/900nc.

Same settings as # 3 but bigger image scale hence more grain from upping the gain to counteract onion ringing.

Nah. Another 3-4 weeks in her yet.

Less image scale will be required to get a nice shot though as it gets lower.

Nice work Asi, especially so considering how low Joop has become in the night sky.
