Last nights effort with Almost full moon Eta

Well hopefully the moon buggers off soon though im getting some good practise at this whole imaging thing..

15 x 3 minute exposures Long Exp Noise reduction on for a change
Nikon D3200
Black Diamond ED80
Neq6pro
guided with orion awesome autoguider
processed in photoshop (sooo much to learn!!)

Good image, very widefield of nebula. Despite of absence of color. Congratulations.

that was a heavily cropped version - i dont have the reducer/flattener yet (still saving) so i just crop out the edges.. when you say absence of colour.. i had to tweak it to get the purple to pop out - its very hard to get an accurate grip of the right colours to bring out. the photo was very bland straight off the camera. should i be trying to get more reds?
