Solo V7 on launch pad

I had some fun tonight with long exposure using my latest air rocket
as a foreground object.
In a tribute to those beautiful spotlight bathed Saturn V launchpad pics
I love, here is Solo V7 on her pad with the Southern Cross as a backdrop.

Pentax , ISO 800/f8/60s/floodlight: torch
Solo V6 launch video here

Oh how awesome is that!
Fantastic idea Steve.
Good on you, they look great.
I love those night shots of the Saturn V rockets too.
Might give this a go myself with the V model rocket I built.

Thanks for sharing mate.

How cool is that video. Very dramatic sound on the way down. I'm like "deploy the chute! deploy!!"

Lots of onboard and launch videos on my tube account , RB but they may be unlisted.
Dad is the current title holder for max altitude rocket, as of Easter .)

Solo7 hopefully fixes that!
