Jupiter Feb 20th

Imaged Jupiter Feb 20th. The IR data turned out quite good with a high level of resolved detail but the R, G & B channels were disappointing.
Have also attached an IR animation of 3 data sets over the 46 minutes of the session.
The IR resolves a small bright oval in the SPR, this is highlighted in the animation. There are 4 small bright ovals in the SSTB, 2 toward the P limb and 2 coming in from the F limb. There is a quite smooth band running through the centre of the SEB while the line of tiny ovals along the Northern edge of the SEB are well seen. There are several quite extravagant festoons impinging into the EZ from the NEB. I also note a largish diffuse oval far down in the NPR.

Regards
Trevor
