I finally got around to learning how two process comets

Gee Wizz i had no idea how much work was involved in doing LRGB Comets

Just the stacking alone is painfull!

anyway i managed to get these out of the process data from to nights
16th and 17th of Jan

1 minute subs were a failure with my Atik 383 2min subs were required to get any of the icy tail visible

16th was 5x2min LRGB binned colour
and 17th and 12x 2 min LRGB binned colour

Stacked with deep sky stacker processed in PS

They're looking pretty good!
The blacks are pretty clipped though so I recon there's more of the faint tail hiding down there ready to be brought out, especially in the second image

Nice ones! But yeah definitely more tail there hiding in the black.
