JUPITER Sept 5th - remember this guy?

Hi All, been out of things for a few weeks, work's been mad and not much beckoning skyward.

Anyway, in between cloud, trees, jetstream (at least it's moving a bit further south so I can peak into the blue ) manage to grab a few avis last night... this might be my last half-way presentably Joop till next season. Not sure what the moon is?

enjoy,

Nice and sharp Rob. Where the hell did you get some clear skies from? It's driving me nuts atm. I think my last night out was at Ron's on the weekend prior to the new moon.

Hi Robert,

nice detail in the bands there. Like the colours you are getting too.

Hope you get some more.

Nice one Rob! I forgot that Jupiter was still up!

Nice detail and great colours, as Lester said. Well done.

Yeh Paul, it was a bit freakish yesterday - it cleared at dusk for around an hour (I jumped in) and then by 8pm, solid cloud again. Looks like it might be doing it again right now, but I'm still stuck at work

cheers,

Hi Robert

That is an excellent image of Jupiter; you really pulled the rabbit out of the hat with that one. Very nicely done.

Cheers

Dennis
