Osprey (Pandion haliaetus)

I am lucky to have a nesting pair of Osprey about 100 mtrs from my front gate..

Lovely photo again Raymond.
I have noticed a nesting pair of hawks out hunting just 5 minutes drive away, and am keen to set up for some photos, once I pinpoint the tree they call home.
I hope I can get shots as good as this.

I was told it is a Swamp Hawk, or Harrier.
One I have the photos it will be easier to ID for sure.

Without seeing it, I would say a Swamp Harrier, as technically we don't have any Swamp Hawks.However we do have three species of Goshawks, and one Sparrowhawk.
