CGEm Tripod options
I have had a CPC 800 for about 6 months and recently acquired a CGEM + 1100 OTA. I have been impressed with the CPC tripod sturdiness, provided via both its spreader bars and tray assembly. Also the anodised legs look cool!
I have noticed that the tripod on the CGEM is not certainly as reinforced, or sturdy, as it lacks the spreader bars of the CPC and the large tray.
I noticed that the CGEM DX ships with the spreader bar version of the tripod and was wondering if the tripods are interchangeable between the CGEm vs CGEM DX? Is an adapter needed?
