Good shootin' Stuart. You've been a bit quiet for a while, nice re-entries.

Hi Stuart

A very nice portfolio of lunar images, from a very productive night. The LPI is a great camera isn't it? I was out last night too and when I opened my avi's on the desktop PC (LCD monitor) they also appeared darker than on the laptop. I used the histogram to lighten them and a little gamma adjustment and they came up fine then.

You've almost captured the fine rille running along the bottom of the Alpine Valley. The detail in Copernicus is first rate – well done.

Cheers

Dennis

Cheers and thanks

Yep Dennis I like using the LPI for Lunar work , just find it more convenient and easier then the ToUcam Thanks for the tip about lightening the images up. I tweaked the images a little in Astra image using the Gamma tool, came out a little better .Had pretty decent seeing last night i was hoping the shots would come out sharper with the preview screen looking positive, kept most shots between 20-50 frames.
