bino price comparison - HELP

Could anybody explain the following..... I am after a pair of 10 x 50 binos, and phoned up York Optical in Brissie (NO they have NOT closed down). They sell the Celestron 10x50 Ultima DX for about $415. I then went to the web site of AOE, and they advertise a 10 x 50 that seems almost identical - except it is only $119 - almost a quarter of the price. Am I comparing apples for apples? They are both Porro, FOV 6.5 degrees, multi coated, nitrogen filled.....
The AOE seems too good to be true
Advice appreciated. Thanks

That's the AOE 10x50HG, and it's not identical. The AOE bino is excellent for the price, but the Ultima DX is better in every way. AOE sells Ultima DXes too (ditto Andrews), ask them how much they want for them.
