Meade Star Lock

Has anyone had experience with the Meade Star Lock system? I believe the Star Lock system and its precursor Light Switch may be of value. I have read a few reports on Star Lock but the reports read like advertisements rather than reports.
So... has anyone had first hand experience with Star Lock?

Many thanks, that was helpful. On reading the good Dr's review he makes the same comment about the lack of helpful reviews on the Star Lock system.
