It's him for sure!!!

Even has his big collar turned up (a bit like Dracula does) and you can see his Microphone cord!

And he is singing a ROCK song

Here is a pic taken at the same Moon Concert from a different angle. Compare the location of his arms, clothing etc. Yep, it's him.
