Dunedoo Total Eclipse Lunar View 8 October 2014 - for the Memory of Barry Gerdes

well the title says it all but in truth this is done for the Memory of Barry Gerdes. Sorry but its very rough

As Trevor said:

Many of you know that Barry has been ill for a while. Last night he passed away in peace.

He was a great father and good friend to many in the club.

Don't sit around mourning the loss of an opportunity, go and chase that TLE tonight in memory of him.

Yours sincerely

Trevor Gerdes

I simply did as i was told - Barry helped me out back in 1999

Great work, Dave. I once visited Barry and his wife and they were both wonderful hosts. Barry showed me his dome and Meade as well as explained the intricacies of Stellarium to me. A true enthusiast in life.

The music was very relaxing and inspiring to the clip; what was it?

Thanks again and Vale Barry.

Richard.

Mojave Sand glad you enjoyed it Richard. it was the design and his explanation of it as well as many other things at that time. also remembered when he was moving house, he was talking about his downsizing of the yard and the positioning of the dome
