Butterfly Cluster - M6

Hi all

25 x 360 Sec , ISO 800 , Dark's & Flats used.
Sw200p ,Eq6,Canon 1100D

Closeup on the Butterfly Cluster

Tried the longer exposures to aim for some nebulosity , LP put a stop to that ,did not want to darken the background to much , this really is a amazing cluster with brightly colored stars and blue nebulosity , angular diameter 25 arc- minutes and is about 1600 light years distant.

I think I shall post a wide field image later.
