VdB5, a wider view

Today I show you a new image of mine, the region around VdB5, better known as "the ghosts of Cassiopeia". It is both a reflection and an emission nebula, whose gas is directly warmed up by the star Gam Cas. Generally amateurs concentrate their efforts on the "ghosts" themselves, as they are very much eye-catching; I preferred instead to provide a wider vision of the nebular complex, keeping well visible the details over the little ghosts.

As usual comments and criticism to improve it are very welcomed.

Great looking photo Nicola.

Great composition and I like the colours and contrast.

It's wonderful to see another FSQ85 aficionado churning out beautiful images the rival of the larger 106
