There was a Dragon/Falcon 9 launch about 28 hours ago but the only burns they'd be doing today would be small and wouldn't be leaving a plume, especially a long one. That's the only launch I can find that happened recently.

I watched clouds pass by but this was very long and lasted until well past sunset when it either dissipated or just no long lit. Never seen a single cloud that long or that narrow almost like a beam the width of the full moon.
Maybe be a contrail?

If it was just after sunset then a contrail would be a good explanation.

Contrail, very rare roll cloud (though usually bigger, I did see one over Perth once) or perhaps a cirrus cloud that had formed into an apparent trail formation (not uncommon)

What I saw was not very dense. Very streaked/wind blown
Just very long and long lasting
