NGC6744

Subs taken at Caboolture in June and Astrofest during July.

I am concerning I am losing a bit of the fainter detail during my processing. 180mins of Lum and 100mins each of RGB.

Processed in Pixinsight, I colour balanced using the Histogram Transformation tool and curves tool, Background Neutralisation and Colour Calibration don't seem to be doing it for me so just going manual.

Feedback welcome.

It's a pretty dim object, Brett, but you put in a fair number of hours. Looks like there's a gradient across the FOV (red in the lower right, slightly green in the upper left). Not a lot of fine detail but that might be your image scale? Would be interesting to see the whole FOV.

Cheers,
Rick.
