I must admit that I am a fan of the old Dr Who. Tom Baker especially.

Cheers Petra

I've got to admit I really like the "new" Dr Who series, good story lines and less flakey sets than the old Dr Who which used to scare the bejezus out of me as a young kid.

The Cybermen weren't too bad tonight. I'm just hanging out for more the Daleks.

But how do they escape? They are surrounded by Cybermen chanting "delete delete" Metallic hands are reaching out about to zap them.
7 days is too long to wait to find out.

That's enough of that, thanks, 'Nettie.

I only watch it when I remember and am not doing something else, so last night's 'to be continued' episode was a bit of a let down. Ah well.

P.S.

Has hubbie fixed the light sensors yet? Teehee.

I have a life long horror of maggots after they used close up shots of them in an episode of the old Dr Who.
Can anyone remember the episode? They had them coming out of a cave of sorts I think. I've tried to repress the memory.

Were maggots also used as the Fendal? I've taped Dr Who so have not seen the new look Cybermen yet. Do they mention that gold in the breathing plate kills them? Adric was effectively killed off by a Cyberman - did anyone like him? I know I cheered the Cyberman when he blew up the computer Adric was working on.

Peter.

The Fendahl were more plastic and foam, but looked like a maggot. Adric was different . I'm kicking myself I missed the latest Cybermen, hope it's on DVD soon.
