M8 Lagoon Nebula with UHC-S + IR/UV Rejection

Hi Guys,

Got myself a Baader IR/UV rejection filter so i tested on M8 + the UHC-S filter. The UV/IR filter doesn't really make a huge difference at all if any. Probably slightly prevent a bit of burning .

Anyway 10 x 4 minutes autoguided shot.

Cheers.

Excellkent detail, and without burning in the brightest parts too, well done. The uv/ir benefits refractors mopre as well, by stopping uv and ir light, which focusses differently, it stops starbloat, which doesnt happen with reflectors.
